Tracking moved elements #47
Description
Partitions now track where moved elements have gone. While useful, it some drawbacks:
- an extra hash-table to keep track of
- identifiers of moved elements are not free for reuse, which limits scalability of the partition model
Is this a trade-off worth making? Are there alternatives?
