Collect average annual snowfall metrics for all ski areas

With a decision of whether to extract this from a global dataset of annual snowfall based on a ski areas location or whether to find a dataset of snowfall by ski area and figure out how to map ski areas.

OnTheSnow has recent snowfall available via an API, not sure whether the API is paid http://docs.clientservice.onthesnow.com/docs/list_samples.html

OpenSnow also might have this information.
