How do I use Dialect in Gnome search? (Gnome Shell search provider)

Dialect provides a search provider for the Gnome Shell search. How can I activate it? How does it work to translate something directly in the Gnome search? What do I need to type in so that it translates it? So far, I was not yet successful to get anything translated from Gnome search.

I tried to find documentation, but there was none how to use Dialect in Gnome Search. Maybe it would be helpful to add some documentation somewhere.

I tried: Dialect 2.4.1, flatpak version

Ok, I see that the search provider is broken in version 2.4.x (#390)
