Conditional Modifier is broken #2610
Description
Modifier parsing has been moved after variable parsing some time ago, probably for a good reason, which broke the conditional modifier. It either has to be changed or we have to create a system where modifiers can choose to be executed before or after variable parsing (maybe even after effects parsing?? idk). That sounds annoying though.
