KEGG Decoder Recursion Error #50
Description
In the "Annotating Amino Acid Sequences" section the instructions ask you to run KEGG Decoder with: KEGG-decoder -i kofamscan_results.txt -o kegg_decoder_out --vizoption static
The error in the screenshot is produced after less than a minute of runtime. The output file kegg_decoder_out is produced with some output data in it.
