Set key repeat delay when going down

hello, thanks for making dlauncher!

dlauncher seems to have unlimited key repeat when pressing down, and only down. Most of the time when I press down I skip 1 or 2 entries. It doesn't happen when going up, which is strange.

It happens to me too. If you press two times the down key, it will start to skip one item every time you go down, at least until you change de list (typing something else) or use the up key (that will skip one item too the first time you press it when the bug happens).
