Make it possible to update and launch with one command

I'd like to have a shortcut that updates if need, then launches discord (a `.desktop` file).
Can you implement like a `update-and-run` command (or a flag maybe)?
Also if an update is available, I'd like to know that it is updating (not hang), which can be easily done by sending a notification with `notify-send`.
