Preserve the original file name when using name format different than Name

I would like for zipline to save the original filename, so even when using a Format different than NAME, saving the file will result in file being saved with original filename. It could be possible with HTTP Content-Disposition header.

If the files were saved with the original file name, two files that have identical names AND extensions can't exist

I do find it weird why you'd want to set it to a different file name (through Content-Disposition), instead of just using the original name format. Since I'm not opposing this, you may see this feature added in the near future.

since I would like to have the benefit of randomized short urls, while in the meantime having the ability to store the original file name.

For example: I have a config file with a very long name
I want to upload it, and download it on other machine - but if I want to use the randomised url i will have to rename the file manually

Found a bug with this, if you upload a file without the option enabled, the file will be saved as null
