[Feature Request] A few thoughts

So far I'm loving most of the changes to V4, though I think there are a few essential things missing to be able to use this as a proper multi-user host with public registration;

Default quotas; I might be missing something, but I can only find a way to set a quota manually per-user

Ability to report files/short links; It doesn't need to be a link available in a popup for every image/redirect, this could get annoying, just a dedicated page where users can paste the link, and a reason for the report. Here is an example; https://totallylegit.link/abuse

Lock down domains that can be used; there are some unsavoury people out there with some very unsavoury domains that hosters might not want associated with their service, this could simply be a toggle to disable external domains, or a whitelist system where users can request to have their domain added to the list
Maybe even add a method of verifying ownership, such as checking a DNS TXT record intermittently

Toggle to disable vanity links, or a word blacklist; wouldn't want people using words they're not allowed to
If you opted for the whitelist approach it would be beneficial to do common substitutions, like swapping T with 7

Option to force a default compression on all images to save space, allowing users to decrease it further if they choose to
