So when you are uploading something and you have a file size limit of xxMB or xxGB (500mb or 1gb, whatever you wanna say for an example) and you are about to UPLOAD it with the UPLOAD button, make it to where the button is disabled and tells you which file is to big or something. This will make it to where you don't start the upload process and then they are annoyed it failed.
This feature is being requested mainly for people who can't read.
