Migrating Zipline server to a new machine

Hi! In version 3 there was an export server option that exported the full server
I don’t see this anymore in version 4.2.0, only an option to export all media files.
Why was this feature removed? Or was it just moved somewhere else?
How can I migrate my Zipline server to another machine?

postgresql export documentation is no longer available

the import feature only works for v3 exports currently, I haven't really had time or motivation to work on a v4 export rn. if you wanna follow the old migration guide the link is here: https://v3.zipline.diced.sh/docs/guides/migrate-pg-14-15
