Safe to manually delete old temp files?

I have a massive 22gig temp file from a few weeks ago, and wanted to make sure it is safe to manually delete it, so I don't break any of my files, also any idea why zipline didn't clean it? There's also another uncleaned temp file.

should be safe, no idea why it didn't clean but it's probably some failed action like a partial upload im guessing since it's a 22 gb file.
