Allow renaming of actual file name

When I upload the file and realize I accidentally changed the name, there should be a way of manually changing the file's name on zipline web interface easily, rather than hard coding it. I tried changing it internally and it doesn't update on the site, even when restarting the instance.

Well since the filename is also stored in the database you should probably rename it there, but i also think this is a good idea
