Feature request: Allow configuring raw Discord webhook JSON

Discord webhooks have access to a pretty large and ever-expanding set of features. When configuring the Discord webhook for new uploads / URL shortens, it'd be useful to have an "escape hatch" to just input a raw JSON request, for features that aren't supported by Zipline's UI (eg. embed author, embed fields, components).
