Feature explanation
Id like a way where we could put videos in the upload folder and get the files to get imported into zipline.

So what im describing is :
Dump a video into the existing uploads folder.
Zipline watches that folder.
As soon as something new shows up, it imports it, instead of you having to manually upload a file one the through the UI.
