Better to return /raw/xxx response from /api/upload if "Enable View Routes" is checked

Currently the /u/xxx response is always returned by upload endpoint, but it's redirected to /view/xxx if "Enable View Routes" option is checked.
I think return a /raw/xxx response may be better when this switch is checked.

thats not what its supposed to do though.. all zipline does is return the /u/file for all files, but if the user has the view routes enabled, it will redirect to /view, returning /raw would beat the entire purpose of that.
