运行cml quickapp build，dist下没有quickapp文件，但是打包提示success #587

bug描述
描述出现的问题
根据官方文档教程快应用体验，运行cml quickapp dev 和 cml quickapp build命令，dist下没有对应平台的文件
复现bug的步骤

下载示例项目https://github.com/chameleon-team/cml-flexbox/tree/master-quickapp (没有clone该仓库的原因是因为网络情况不太好，访问github经常time out)
npm install安装依赖
cml quickapp dev 或者 cml quickapp build，打包结果success，但是dist出了一个config.json，没有其他任何文件。打包截图如下
控制台只有一个 TypeError: Property selfClosing expected type of boolean but got array，这个警告并非是因为项目文件导致，是本项目下node_modules里面其他依赖库的警告
打包微信，h5等其他平台则可以生成对应平台的文件。

chameleon-tool 版本：[1.0.8]
nodejs版本、npm版本：[node v14.16.0、npm 6.14.11]
电脑操作系统： [Windows 10 专业版 20H2]
