How do we get GBF order numbers?

According to the API documentation, placing a new order returns

How do we get an order number (so we can get a tracking number when shipment has been sent) that we can then store and use for checking the progress of the shipment?

I'm afraid this one will require asking the GBF contact as I am not sure.

After emailing with GBF, we will generate order numbers and provide those when making an order.
