That is a good point. If any necessary fields are missing or incomplete I would say we do not want the order to be sent to GBF since it wouldn't have all the necessary info to ship. Is there a way to notify someone like a study coordinator via email so they can follow up with the participant to obtain the additional info? Also, would there be a way to let the system know to try and send the order again? We could also potentially manually order the kit through GBF's portal for these situations. |

When we talked to @jmkurka83, for the purpose of the eDROP connector app, we came to the conclusion that the order would only be sent if the survey status is "complete", which should only be the case when there is a shipping address. So I think we're good for this context. Errors in the shipping address is anther question entirely which might have to be resolved with GBF manually. |
