Error line number and the progress bar line number has a mismatch #489

I think we do mention in the online guide or help details within the tool that the header line is not reported on but it's a little confusing when you're referring back to the CSV being validated where in the progress bar it states line 4, whereas in the output it reports error in line 3. Could the progress bar be set to report the same line number as the output?
