Indication/Notification when new version of CSV Validator is released

This is a low priority feature but might be cool to have an indicator like a button (that's disabled if there is no new version of CSV Validator and then enabled if there is) that when you click it, takes you to the releases page; button could be in the settings section or next to the version number.
