"windows-1252" missing from the CSV encoding dropdown options #587
Description
In CSV Validator 1.4.0, windows-1252 is missing from the CSV encoding dropdown options; this is probably due to the upgrade to JDK 21. Newer versions of the JDK (since JDK 18) return "utf-8" when defaultCharset is called so "windows-1252" needs to be added manually to the list of charsets.
