Please add OpenSALT's test registry

We have implemented the issuer registry per the issuer registry advisory group guidance.

It was mentioned at this morning's meeting about including other registries in the known registry list.

Our test implementation is available as per the following:

Hi @roverwolf - thanks for requesting to add your registry! We are finishing up a release of of software that will interact with the new oidf based registries. As soon as we do, we will try this out.

Could you add a VC to this issue containing a DID that will be in the registry so that we can try it out? Keep in mind that the DCC software is limited to using did: key and did:web.
