Combine the two existing readmes into one.

- The format for dates is not specified, because programming languages often work with dates using date objects, which fail strict schema validation. In addition, dates may be stored as either numbers or strings and still be equally parseable. Digitalis recommends storing date data as a string in RFC 3339 date-time format.
