ihp-new --elm v1.3.0 could not find a flake.nix file

In a fresh install the command iph-new --elm project-name does not work giving the following message error: could not find a flake.nix file

I have noticed this as well now. It seems that elm branch in ihp-bolierplate was not updated in a while. Git history shows that elm branch is mostly updated by merging master into it which was not done in a long time. Can we just merge it again or there is a reason not to do this? I mean master has flake.nix and elm does not.

I would like to give ihp+elm a try in my small toy project 👍
