Standardize "Affected endpoints" styling

Always use the bottom style, as in the Bottleneck issue.

Issue types with the paginated list of affected endpoints instead of the selector:

• SpanScaling ("Scaling Issue Found")
• SpanQueryOptimization ("Inefficient Query")
