POC an extension to vscode + cursor + windsurf

How to demo:

1. Being able to click on a link in the prompt results and open a document in the IDE with web content
2. Being able to click an element in the web content to set it as a 'context' for the prompt. The flow will be: User looks at an issue and wants to ask questions about it, so it needs all of its data in the prompt context
3. Estimate the difficulty of showing our plugin UI there.
