Update Jaeger view

1. Update to latest Jaeger
2. Change the view rendering to be Span Display Name : Service rather than Service : Span Name
3. Use display name instead of span name

For example, in the above example we want to show the (trimmed version of) the actual display name (SQL Query) as we see on the right rather than the hash we see on the left

Add tag with name digma.originalname with the original span name
