`unit_tests::proptest::slow::coo_with_duplicates_samples_all_admissible_outputs` fails on main

Currently the nalgebra-sparse test unit_tests::proptest::slow::coo_with_duplicates_samples_all_admissible_outputs fails on main. It seems like the first PR to make it fail (sebcrozet mentions it here) is #1534

I've brute forced this here: #1553. I'm sure there are more elegant solutions, but it seems to be a statistical issue.
