Remove old/busted jupyter kernels #4
Description
Manually go through the list of jupyter kernels and remove ones that are not usable.
The intent here should be to de-clutter the list for all users, while leaving things running/ easily available to bring back if someone complains.
Ideally the intended list cull gets at least a token round of feedback (24-48hr) in #computing before we make the system change.
