Guide how to set up HD and install a program + reboot from HD

So, back in the past I only owned an A500 + 2nd FDD.
With your emulator, however, I'd like to relive the experience of owning and using a HDD.

As a practical example I'd like to install the game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (11 disks) onto the HDD.

I own the original game and the ADF file of each disk.
I start the emulator using Kickstart 1.3.
I load workbench 1.3.3 into DF0 and put the 1st disk of the game into DF1 as it contains the installer procedure.
After workbench is up I click on the disk in DF1 and then on the installer file.
The installer asks me if I want to install the game which I confirm.
After confirming I am being asked to enter the HDD name.

From here on I need to know how to create, mount and format a HDD properly to be used for installation.
