Pitchbend

I'm not sure if it's just my keyboard (it's very old), but the pitchbend doesn't go quite far enough. For example, C4 bent up to C5 is flat when pitchbend is set to 12, and the setting that comes closest to bending up an octave is 15.

I tested it with some combinations of params and could not reproduce it.
It would be great if you test it with software keyboard or sequencer (to be sure that it's not keyboard problem) and, if issue is still present, mail me preset with broken pitchbend to assault64@gmail.com
