Event THREAD_DELETE

The THREAD_DELETE event, when the thread is archived and not present in the cache, is fired with a null value, which causes the absence of basic information such as GuildID and ParentChannelId.
Is it possible to access this data directly or will a fix for this event be required?

Yes it needs fixing. I'm not sure what would be the nice way around this though.
We can't just change the type in the event (to like some sort of a partial channel), as that would be a breaking. Introducing a new event doesn't seem right too.
