[Answered] You must verify your identity by phone before you can send messages in this server

This evening when checking the messages in the Discord.JS server, I was greeted with this message:
"You must verify your identity by phone before you can send messages in this server"

Did something changed in the last few hours?
Is there a way to keep sending messages without entering my cell phone number?

I ended up leaving the server and joined again, and it is still asking for a phone number for verification.

Obviously, I can't sent any message to a Mod or anyone else in the Discord.JS server.
Could you please send this message forward/post on the chat with a @mod so someone can talk to me about it?

they must have changed the servers security feature. you should verify your phone number also it doesn't make to ask this here

Temporary measure against expected large-scale raid activity.
It's turned off again, for now, but we may employ it again at any time if we expect moderator downtime or to be hit by large amounts of generated accounts.
