Verify CLI options listings for completeness #533
Description
#525 revealed that the --no-color option was missing in the list of CLI options.
A quick spot check and comparison with the dita help CLI output suggests several others (such as the --deliverable option) may be missing in either the docs topic, CLI help, or both.
We should explore options for generating this information automatically, like we do for plug-in parameters and extension points topics.
