Update and correct content about MDITA

I'm migrating & restructuring a lot of our customer-facing existing Markdown docs content (and associated bespoke tooling) to MDITA and DITA 1.3 maps. So far we've converted about 740 printed pages worth of content, and we're about halfway through.

I'd like to update/correct the MDITA-related content in the DITA-OT docs based on what I've learned from implementing MDITA, which will help other current or future MDITA adopters.

Should I detail all those fixes here, or just start on an actual PR to update the affected topics?

This depends on which topics you want to update. Some of the documentation for DITA-OT is single sourced from https://github.com/jelovirt/org.lwdita/wiki.

As @jelovirt mentioned, we pull many of those topics from the plug-in wiki, but we version them here in the docs repo too.

You could submit a PR to share your suggestions via the normal procedure, and once we've reviewed and merged the results, I can push the changes back to the plug-in wiki via git-subrepo.
