Part 1 - install

Have more extensive step by step in the README for the install so that if people fall behind they can refer to the step by step guide.

• consider using screenshots
• make sure it goes all the way to looking at the notebook in R Studio (eg. have instructions for opening a project file, for going to "Visual"
