test and fix datahub and binderhub links

The binderhub link for some reason produces an error

And the datahub link goes to the general Campus Datahub instead of the D-Lab Datahub

Are these issues with the upstream template or instructions on how to deploy these links?
Or just a problem unique to this repo?
