[BUG] `a` (assign) does nothing in Issues view (v4.22.0)

Describe the bug

In Issues view, pressing a (assign) does nothing (no prompt, no UI change). The keybinding shows up in other sections (PRs/Notifications), but in Issues it does not appear in the help overlay and does not work.

To Reproduce

1. Open gh dash (extension dlvhdr/gh-dash) on macOS.
2. Go to the Issues view.
3. Select any issue.
4. Press a.
5. Nothing happens (no assign prompt; help overlay also doesn’t list a for issues).

Expected behavior

Pressing a on a selected issue should trigger the Assign action (show an assignee prompt / assign the issue), as documented in “Selected Issue” keybindings.
