Dynamic Content form same Form/Page

Hello,

I want to pass Dynamic content in the external API. The Idea is I had two dropdowns on the same page, I want to make an API call dynamically based on the first Dropdown selection. Something like a Parent-child category relations.

Can you advise on it?
