ERROR: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": EOF

My GitHub action no longer works and fails with:

ERROR: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": EOF

Any ideas? I updated from v3 to v5 and still no luck. This was working before and nothing has changed.

I updated the login-action from v2 to v3 and still failing. Not clear if this is related to login update but now I'm seeing:

Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

Maybe this is a transient issue with server being down/slow on DockerHub? Is there a DockerHub status page?
