Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
I'm always frustrated when I Pause the Docker Desktop and forget to Resume it. In such a case when I execute a docker command such as docker pull ubuntu:latest the command hangs indefinitely without throwing an error on the terminal or the Docker Desktop application. One can only resolve this issue by manually going to the Docker Desktop application and clicking on the resume icon.

A notification feature here will help developers debug easily, saving them minutes of debugging if not hours
