Docsplit working on Dev, Staging server but not on Production.

We are using docsplit to convert PPT, Doc and XLS to images but the problem we are facing is it's working on staging and qa server but not on production server. Is there any major dependency with any plugin version?
Anyone here who can help me out to solve this issue?
