Definitely make sense! When I started HT, my main idea was to use it for single account tracking. But as the use case evolve, more and more users are asking for multi-account tracking. So even though HT supports multi-user, I think the UI and UX lags a bit due to the original design. I think your suggestions make sense and are valuable. feel free to share more ideas and suggestions, as I'm slowly moving towards a re-design of HT to provide a better multi-user experience. As for the suggestion on contributing, appreciate it! As I'm planning to spend more and more time on HT, I'm exploring options to commericialize it, while at the same time make it open source and self-hostable. The long term plan is definitely open up HT for PR and have more channels for engagements! |

Hi,
First of all, I wanted to thank you for doing this great software, I wanted myself to do something similar for my kids but never found the time.
I have few question or suggestion on the way to use HabitTrove for managing kids habits.
When I used it I encountered few issue which might be just me not using it properly or could be a suggestion for future.
For instance, as admin I create profile for each or my kids then I create daily habit for them i.e brush teeth, empty dishwasher etc.
Then I shared these between them, but I notice that if any of them marks it as done for the day, it is done for all of them since it is share.
So is there a way to have the same habit for all the kids (user) but have a separate completion status per kid or right now the only way is to duplicate the habit per user, i.e 'brush teeth Jordan', 'brush teeth Emily'?
Also right now (I assume this because HabitTrove is intended to be managed by a person alone), if someone marks an habit or task done, it is done
Is there a way to have a admin approval to validate the habit/task is done?
I really find HabitTrove useful, but for kids I would just need little bit more control, if you take contributo'sr help and I can find time, I could try to work on something like that and pull a PR.
Again great work and thank you very much. I hope these comments/suggestions make sense.
