[FEATURE REQUEST] Reminder System or Time-Based Alerts

User Story
As a daily user who relies on external reminders to stay on track, I want to receive pop-up notifications at specific times when I open the website, reminding me of tasks or habits that are due soon or still pending, so I don’t forget important things throughout the day.
This system should be optional, so that users who find pop-ups distracting can turn them off entirely or customize them.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that I have time-specific tasks or habits scheduled
• When I open the Docker web app
• Then I should see pop-up notifications for any task/habit due within the next X minutes or currently overdue
• And I should be able to:
• configure the exact reminder time (e.g., 14:00 for “Study Math”)
• toggle all pop-up reminders on/off globally
• customize how early the alert appears (e.g., 10 minutes before)
• optionally get a persistent browser notification if supported

I know, there is no client app (yet), but maybe some notifications via ntfy or telegram and so on would be a great addition. So when you miss opening the web app, you will get another way for reminders.
