Add a PutWithHash() method to avoid unnecessary hash calculation

Hi,

While developing concurrent-swiss-map, I already calculate the hash of the key, after calling the Put function that hash calculation will be made again.

If we have a method that get hash value as a parameter and a value, would be great.
