I have attempted to create a 3D terrain map for my study area in blender using a GIS add-on. This tool worked fine for me. Further, I have attempted to overlay the catchment boundary (.shp) file over a 3D terrain map. When the map is in the top view position in the rendering mode (viewport shading), the catchment boundary is perfectly overlaid on the terrain map. However, when I try to rotate the view in viewport shading, the catchment boundary deviates away from its actual position on the vertex? How to snap the catchment boundary layer on the 3D map layer in the blender. So that it will remain in place while rotating view in the blender?
