GIS sub menu disappears after initialization

Hey
So after I initially pull up the map I can zoom in and out but the entire app now provides GPS coordinates and none of the menu items are clickable within Blender and the original GIS button and sub menu are not available / visible at all.
The very first time I ran this I was able to go through the entire process but now I can't.
Any help would be appreciated.
