Map Frozen

Hi everyone, i have a problem with Blender Gis, one time that I open the Base map the whole Blender stop to work and I can't push any bottom or zooming the map. I have the MacBook Pro M3 from 2024, completely new and the last Blender version, I tryed also the oldest Blender version like 3.0 or 2.80 but nothing. What problem could there be? what can I do?
