Make VMR patches disposable #5004
Description
After the VMR is done applying patches they just stay on disk, doing nothing.
We should probably make them Disposable and delete them after we're done using them.
There is one case where this is not true tho, in the darc vmr diff command. We might want to keep them for whatever reason
